Hi, I’m Madi.
I’m Madi Patton, a Junior Communication Design Major and Fashion Design Co-Major at Miami University of Ohio. On campus, I am involved in Miami University Fashion and Design as their Graphic Design Director and a Collection Designer, The Miami Student Magazine and UP Magazine as a publication designer, and Stage Left as a set designer. In all of my leadership positions, I work to be innovative, collaborate with my team, and build up the next generation of leaders.
I identify as an artist in all forms. For the past eight years, I have designed, constructed, and painted theatre sets for school organizations, dance companies, drag shows, and the German Village Home and Garten Tours. I have sold custom nail art, jewelry, and apparel. I have won awards and been featured in exhibitions for drawing pieces. I have designed merchandise and marketing material for organizations, clubs, and bands. I am currently working on a fashion collection with six looks to be featured in one of the largest student-run fashion shows in the nation, which is designed, patterned, constructed, and styled by me. I am also designing all of the branding, marketing, merchandise, wayfinding, and programs for the fashion show as the Graphic Design Director.
